3.2 Utaipenda accepts payments via mobile money, bank transfer, and other approved methods.
3.3 All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 Delivery timelines vary based on location, product type, and availability.
4.2 Utaipenda is responsible for delivery only when arranged directly through our team or authorized partners.
4.3 Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

5. Warranty and Returns

5.1 All products include a 100-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural faults.
5.2 Damage during delivery is covered only if Utaipenda handled the transportation.
5.3 Customers may request returns or exchanges as outlined in the Return & Refund Act.
5.4 Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.

6.1 All content on utaipenda.com—including logos, designs, text, and media—is the intellectual property of Utaipenda.
6.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
