• Bidhaa Lazima iwe Isiyotumika, isiyoharibika, na ikiwa katika kifungashio chake cha asili..
• Ombi la kurudisha litumwe ndani ya siku 3 baada ya kupokea bidhaa
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Some items are non-refundable and non-returnable, such as digital products, personalized/customized items, and perishable goods (e.g., nutrition plans or food items).

2. Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.

• Full Refund: If the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
• Partial Refund: If the product is returned with missing accessories or signs of use.
• No Refund: If the return request is made beyond the eligible period or the item is not in acceptable condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
